We are situated just outside the country village of Llangadog about 2 miles off the main A40 road between Llandeilo and Llandovery in Carmarthenshire. From the A40 roundabout take the exit for Llangadog A4069. In the centre of Llangadog village turn right opposite the Goose and Cuckoo pub continue along the road for about half a mile then turn right towards Bethlehem. Cross over the bridge then turn first right carry on this road for a quarter mile, cross the small stone bridge and Ty Newydd is the third property on the right hand side.

At the western end of the Brecon Beacons in the unspoilt Towy valley.
For those who enjoy walking, birdwatching, fishing, painting and photography, this site is an ideal base.
Within a mile the village of Llangadog has all the facilities you could need, 3 pubs, a shop, post office stores, heart of Wales railway line and the bus stops just about ½ a mile away for you to explore further.
Red kites and buzzards can be seen soaring through the sky.
For those who enjoy fishing, this can be found in the nearby river Towy.
Small market towns of Llandovery and Llandeilo are about 7 miles with the larger county town of Carmarthen about 25 miles.
