If you are using google maps you can just put our name `Glassenbury Camping` it will bring you directly to entrance to the site.
If you use our postcode and satnav, it will take you to the entrance which is located on Glassenbury Road and tell you that you have arrived. You will need to drive through the gate into the field, this will be signposted.
The track from the entrance gate is unsurfaced, but it is maintained and passable for most vehicles. Please be careful, especially if your car is heavily loaded or low slung, as we cannot accept any responsibility for damage to vehicles.

Nearby Attractions
A particular bonus of camping here is Glassenbury`s convenient location.
It`s less than two hours from central London and finds itself in prime walking and cycling country.
The local villages of Cranbook (five minute drive) or a 45 minute walk through beautiful ancient woodland, and picturesque Goudhurst (also a five-minute drive) or a 2 hour walk have a handful of good pubs and cafes between them - the latter has a steep high street running between the church and the village pond which famously featured in the 2007 Tour de France.
If you are a keen walker, the bridleway that runs just north of the campsite is part of the Long Distance Walkers Association`s "Three Castles Walk", which lets you take in Sissinghurst Castle, Scotney Castle and Bodiam Castle all in one day and gives you an idea of how close they all are.
Try boating, sailing, canoeing or hire bikes and cycle around Bewl Water, a 15 minute drive away.
Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest is also just a 10 minute drive from the campsite.
