 Absolutely love this place. A wonderful kept immaculate site throughout. Fantastic fishing lake set in beautiful quite countryside on the edge of York and Pocklington.
This was our second visit here after being highly recommend and it exceeded in every way.
The couple who run the site are wonderful and can't do enough to make your stay here fantastic they work extremely hard to keep the site immaculate and are wonderful friendly people.
We love this site and would very highly recommend it to anyone who loves a adult only. And quiet site in beautiful countryside. The fishing is amazing with very big fish.
We will be back

The place has a much more relaxed feeling.
There remains the structure to maintain standards but the regimental approach was far from welcoming in previous visits.
The whole experience was much more appealing making the holiday more enjoyable & relaxing.
Huge thank you to Karen- Jason for helping us sort the car battery & team for such a welcoming greeting.
We will sure return -

We have now returned to Lakeside many times to us it is now like home from home.
Liz and Tony are always very friendly and excellent in the management of the site.
This site is immaculate both in the grounds and the facilities offered to visitors.
We would recommend to anyone who want peace and tranquillity.

Wow, what a beautiful touring site. Everything was so clean and well kept. Small shop in reception was very helpful.
We are new to touring and visiting Lakeside Adult Touring Caravan Park has really instilled in us we want to carry on caravanning and will definitely be re-visiting this site.
Liz met us on our arrival and was so nice and accommodating, even though we were early and novices in siting the caravan. I believe nothing would be to much trouble, for her.
We wont only being staying for 2 nights next time it will be for 4 days plus.

Lovely 5 night stay at Lakeside, lovely view over the fishing lake,
Very nicely kept quiet site, showers and toilets were spotless.
Lady and gentleman in charge were very helpful.
Not far from York,
We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely site, excellent facilities.
Fishing looks outstanding though we weren't here for that.
We came for peace and quiet and were not disappointed.
Excellent communication on booking providing all information required.
Metered electric ( we used less than £1per 24hrs) but low site fees allowing sites like this to remain cost effective for us all to enjoy through these difficult times.
We have booked our next visit.

What a fantastic find
We stayed here for a week
Although the weather was frosty the site was just perfect, idyllic and spotlessly clean and well looked after
Lots and lots of hot water in the showers and always a happy smiling face in reception
Could not recommend higher
Will definitely be back

Beautiful adult only and dog friendly site, just outside Pocklington.
Very well maintained and spotlessly clean, care of the great wardens.
Excellent course fishing lake on site with well spaced out pegs.
Our only criticism would be more fresh water taps dotted around the site, but it's not a problem.
Will definitely return.

Our 1st Time staying in our New to us Caravan,
We have camped at Lakeside many Times and for us it is the perfect Site,
Peaceful Close to Poclington for Shopping,
Fantastic Lake for Fishing
No Kids :).
The Site Wardens Liz & Tony Can't do enough for you,
We love it so Much we have our Caravan Stored there *****
