Perfectly adequate campsite with clean facilities and large pitches.
It is rather off the beaten track which is great as the countryside is amazing and also a bad thing - see comments below.
It is close to National Trust sites if you can get off the site easily.
Some points that we felt worth making:
1. The site has no information on footpaths or cycle paths off the site ; I’m sure there are ways to get around and enjoy the countryside. I cycled locally and got really lost. A few maps and guides would really help.
2. Dogs are allowed to roam freely even though there are plenty of signs forbidding it. There were many dogs off leads whilst we were there.
3. Someone staying at the site was flying a drone over the site. Not appreciated.
4. We were near the facilities and a rather unpleasant smell came and went - definitely drains-related.
Some of this is beyond the owners control but I suspect could be tackled by them.
As I said perfectly adequate but be prepared to get off site by car or van if you wanted to see the area. Also worth adding the roads in the area are so badly potholed so again be aware!

Super clean and super smart site for adults (and dogs) only. Really nice folks on this site which has lots of dog walks and a large field secured for dogs to go off the lead safely.
Toilets and showers are amongst the best I have seen or used and located right in the centre so close by for everyone on this relatively small site.
Pricing was also very good with EHU and much less expensive than some sites we have been to. Entire site is very secure with electronic gates from the road.
Great site for seeing spitfires over flying or close to flight experience centres.
Local roads quite tight and white van man races round the lanes but the site is quiet.
Unicorn pub in Marden excellent, Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsuburys within 3 or 4 miles

Fantastic site one of the best we've been to and adult only, definite bonus!. Toilets and showers exceptional.
Huge pitches with plenty of room between you. Great security and lighting. Huge enclosed dog walking area.
Marden village a10 min drive, but couple of shops, two pubs both doing great food, two indian restaurants Marden Tandoori was excellent, best curry we've had in a long time, can't say the same about kebab/chippy.
Easy to get to other parts of Kent.
Only negative wud be inconsiderate campers making lots of noise, loud voices (why do some people have to shout?) until quite late, but this was only for our last two nights, so bearable and nithing to do with site owners.
Would defo visit again if in the area, thankyou Tj & Gav

I can only agree with all the previous reviews.
It's a really nice adults only site with immaculate facilities.
However; I have got to say it as I found it. Having had trailer tents, motorhomes and caravans over many years I have got to say that access through the narrow country lanes from any direction is the most "difficult" I've ever experienced, and I enjoy a challenge.
No, we wouldn't use this site again, partly because of the access issue but mainly because we've visited all the attractions in that area however please don't be put off, it's a lovely site.

A beautifully maintained site with spacious pitches and the best bathroom facilities I’ve come across on a campsite.
Upon arrival my elderly dog was a bit over heated and the owner Lorraine helped me to cool her down and gave her an ice pop and sat and chatted with me until she was better.
A very kind and thoughtful lady.
We had a great couple of nights with our grown up children and their partners and will return soon.

Lovely site, very well kept with an amazing heated toilet block with music playing.
Large spacious pitches and very helpful hosts.
The only dislike we had was no facilities to recycle plastic and tins, only cardboard and glass bins available.
