 We were the only visitors but everything was available and we could not have been made more welcome.
It is a small site well kept, and we couldn't fault the facilities.
We would highly recommend it.
It needs a bit of care exiting onto the main road.

What a find. This campsite is well maintained and kept beautifully clean. Toilet shower and disabled facilities are top class.
The owners Sue and Graham are very pleasant and welcoming.
It's an easy walk into the town and seafront. On a bus route and has a Lidl and Tesco within easy walking distance. A new Spar also opening shortly. Gym and pool between site and town.
It is one we will definitely revisit. Well done Sue and Graham. Hope to see you soon.

Fantastic site, large clean hot showers, good area to wash dishes etc, very nice friendly hosts, Sue and Graham.
The pitches are very spacious, and there is a play area for the little ones. What is there to dislike? Nothing, it's our second visit and it's just lovely.

We had lovely holiday, the best site ever. Small and family friendly. Owner Sue was friendly and helpful.
Clean bath room and toilets. Just 25 minutes walk to the beach (4 and 6 years old kids) with scooters 15-20 minutes.
To the Lidl just 5 minutes drive. To the Tesco 10 minutes walk.
We definitely come back. And all our summer holiday will be with this site only.

This is so laid back
Sue is very good
We were able to pay when we got there
We only book 3 days before we got there
The site is only 20 min walk to the beach
The only thing was the weather change so it was cold, but we were fine

This site is so clean and welcoming and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
It’s just a short walk in to Mablethorpe where everything is easy to find.
We will be back hopefully soon.

Very much enjoyed our 3 night break at Ivy Dene. Sue and Graham are excellent hosts. Site on outskirts of Mablethorpe.
Pitch perfect size and position for evening sun. Best ever facilities block (see my previous review).
Walked twice into Sutton on Sea (about 6 miles round trip) for our favourite Waldo's fish and chips and a pint in the Bacchus beer garden - either along the prom all the way or there is a footpath for part of the journey into Trusthorpe (nice bar and restaurant at Seacroft Holiday Park open to non-residents).
Just wish the drive from Nottingham was easier - only 80 miles from home but it does take 2 hours or more depending on traffic and the bendy B roads!
I'd like a replica of this site everywhere we travel.
Will certainly return.

Lovely little site. Owners are very friendly. Choose your pitch when you arrive, we had pitch 16 which was lovely and level. Got the sun most of the day and evening.
Spacious hardstanding pitch. Toilet block has 2 separate toilets and 2 lovely large shower rooms very nicely tiled. Also has a disabled shower room. Electric shower just like at home. Undercover pot wash. Short walk into Mablethorpe town about 20 /30
Minutes. £54 for 2 nights at Easter bank holiday. Electric is paid separately. We put £10 on and used £6. 50. Any money left is refunded.
Small play area for younger children. Can't fault this site.
We'll definitely return and recommend to friends.
