Great location in middle of village, nice walk to beach, dog friendly.
Nice tidy site with water and waste facilities.
Shower block basic, could do with a clean. Toilets OK
We had a nice stay

Extreme disappointment. Site is not cared for and reviews from 2020 onwards state cleanliness is an issue and facilities are being improved.
Toilet block - v dirty in all areas (don't lift the loo seats) trip hazard getting in and out particularly in the dark even with a torch, some lights not working, watered down soap, shower looked grim and you have to pay.
But lots of loo paper.
Hard standing - most grassed over to an extent. EHU included in price of £28.
Signage - extremely poor. Wouldn't even know the name of the site if it wasn't for the turn off sign. No arrow pointing to the toilets from the site. No indication about the short cut to the village or path to the beach. Fellow camper informed us. Location is good but marked down as no signage to routes.
Recycling - yes including food waste
Did not meet owner. Had not been quick at responding to initial enquiries.
Overall an unloved site, owner appears indifferent to comments about cleanliness and surprised that it retains its certified status from CCC.

Nice for a stopover.
Owners are great at communicating with you.

We really like that Manor Farm is a short walk away from the sea,
The facilities were adequate for our needs and Peter, (co -owner ) was helpful and friendly.
Lovely walks from the site.
We will be back soon! Many thanks

Fantastic location tucked away in the centre of Burton Bradstock. Helpful information from owners received in advance.
It is a fairly basic site with facilities inc EHU (although no drive over waste and others were emptying on the pitch). Paid £28 per night.
Very peaceful overnight.

Great location but poor site. Very muddy.
Only 2 toilets. Only one shower which was actually located in one of the toilets so if someone was using the loo then the one and only shower was inaccessible. No hot water to the basins in the toilet.
The one electric shower was £1 coin operated. (£1 for just 5 minutes)
Overall very disappointing.

Lovely couple who own manor farm, very friendly,
Situated 5 min walk to the beach,
Freshwater holiday park is right next door for food and drinks,
I had to go back the following weekend because I liked it so much,
I will still go back again for more great walks.

Without doubt, we had the best spot to pitch on.
Part of the summer pop-up campsite that is separate from the certified site, tucked away next to the very friendly owner's house is their orchard.
Bliss, quiet (apart from occasional road noise), a stones throw from the village amenities and a short walk to the beach.
The only downside is the shower block is very basic and in need of some TLC, however, it does everything you want it to.

We loved the location of the campsite. It was very peaceful and the owners were very helpful.
We are self-contained so didn't need to use the shower or toilet. However, we took a look and were surprised at the lack of cleanliness.
I think for £25 per night (including electricity) it is not unreasonable to expect the facilities to be clean even if they are basic.
Overall though a great location for the 2 excellent village pubs, the beach and coastal path walks.

The site is situated in Burton Bradstock. The side gate onto the road going through the village and on the other side is The 3 Horseshoes gastro pub. Ideal!
Unfortunately what really put me off was the state of the ladies shower and toilet. It had obviously not been cleaned for years. There was an encrusted ring round the shower drain and everything, the shower panel, the grout, the hand basin and the toilet were disgustingly dirty. So much so that I had to put on the marigolds and gave the shower stall a clean before I used it. Even then I couldn't get it clean. Once was enough. I couldn't face having another shower.
The people who were at a rally in an adjacent field had their own facilities so not an issue for them. But for me clean showers and toilets are required.
