 Please note this caravan park has now reopened following a period of closure whilst improvements and development on the site were completed during 2016.

Small site situated beside a large working farm.
It is about a mile from the town, which has many shops, pubs and restaurants. You can walk in to town in around 20 minutes along the railway path.
The site itself was adequate, although fairly uncared for. The grass was really long and there was a dozen unsightly, disused caravans around the camping field.
There was a small shower/toilet facility that was well kept.
There are plans to redevelop the site and make it a mainstream, rather than certificated, site.
