 Lovely quiet site.
Superb toilets & showers.
Very clean & tidy all round.
Spacious pitches with grass between.
Awnings welcomed.
Electric on a meter, I was charged less than £10 for 7 days.
Had some friendly chickens visiting most days!
Information leaflets very useful.
Including a bus timetable.
Caught many a bus from bus stop outside to Southwold, Lowestoft and East Anglia Transport Museum.
Beach less than 10mins walk.
Lowestoft walk via cliffs 1hr 15mins.
Morrisons, etc within 10-15min walk.
Will return.
A12 traffic can be heard, but that's much better than screaming children and shouting parents as found on other sites nearby!

Fantastic site. Pete and Andrea great hosts.
Bar on site was an added bonus and fellow guest were good company.
We were very lucky with great weather.
Great to see the chickens running around.
Will return soon.
The Electric is metered and was very reasonably priced.

What a beautiful find. Adults only site which made it even more relaxing.
Very close (20mins walk) to shopping amenities and over the road from the beach within 10mins walk. Bus stops right outside if you want to travel around the coast.
Hosts were very welcoming, always around if you need them, but they are not "in your face". Clean and well maintained pitches.
The shower/toilets very clean and good space to get changed. Separate wash-up area with a washing machine and tumble dryer if you need to use. Recycling area. And the cleanest "waste water deposit" area I've ever seen.
Lovely to see chickens running around freely.
There is a little noise from the road as its just off the A12, but nothing horrendous.
The little bar on site opens in the evening with a pool table, dart board jukebox very good prices(cash only though). Easy to get food delivered to the site from local takeaways.
This is such a beautiful and relaxing place, no chavvy people or music blaring out.
We shall DEFINITELY return again. Thank you. Lorraine and Justin

A nice site, easy to find on the A12 just south of Lowestoft, so easy to get everywhere. Keep going past Beccles and turn right at the 2nd roundabout, ignore the sign to A12 at the first, you will be too far south and miles out of your way.
Look out for the notice board which is on the side of the house, this will have your name and pitch no. On it. Don't choose a pitch at random as the ehu will not be set up. We paid an extra £3 per night on top of the £22, fair enough.
We would use the site again, it's the most convenient.

Such a Great 2 nights break !
Lovely clean site and adult only,
Southwold is also very nearby to visit, just a bus away,
Great hosts at jaydene and very welcoming,
We will definitely be go back!

Liked the site very much. Nice and clean and owners were friendly.
Not far for visits to local towns and supermarkets.
Not any good for children as it is an adult site only but very dog friendly. Only takes 25 mins to Great Yarmouth.

Great stay at Jaydene. Lovely hosts, lovely site and amenities.
The site was nice and quiet. Shops (coffee, groceries, etc) nearby - within walking distance.
I would stay here again.

The owners, Pete & Sue - great couple - took over this site about 3 years ago. It is immaculate.
12 level hard-standings with grass at side. The showers were excellent, each having a large changing area. There is a bar on site with comfy sofas, pool table, darts, TV, which Pete opens most evenings - all with covid safety in mind at moment. In nice weather you can sit outside.
Bus stops outside gate with very good service (Beccles, Southwold, Lowestoft etc. ). Morrisons, Aldi and other stores about a 10/15 minute walk or you can cycle along path/cycle path (or catch a bus). The road is busy but didn't really notice much noise on site. Beach within walking distance.
On top of site fee, you pay for any electric used, this is charged at cost and reasonable, but if you prefer to use gas then you're not paying for something you don't use. Free wi-fi.
Friendly chickens :))
One of the best sites we've stayed on and will return.

What a gorgeous place to stay. Owners are polite, friendly and always around if you need them.
Site is well kept with lovely hard standings and grass for awnings. The showers and toilets are immaculate the cleaning regime is second to none.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and washing up facilities.
The bar is lovely for a nice quiet drink. There is a pool table, darts and jukebox.
Having stayed on site for 10 days we really didn't want to leave.
Suffice to say we will be back later on in the year.
The dog friendly beach is about a 5 min drive or 20 mins walk to Kessingland.
This has to be one of the best sites we have ever stayed on in 12 years of caravanning.

Great facilities - beautifully kept toilet and showers. Bar on site which we didn't try but wished we had. Great hosts.
Location fab for days out in Suffolk and Norfolk.
If it was nearer to the beach it would have been perfect.
