Easy to book, I used e mail, quick response and confirmation. Could also view menu and what is on at the pub on the pub web site.
Lovely welcome, shown where to park.
Pitches hard standing,surrounded by mown grass; hook up to all pitches.
The best thing about this site is the people, everybody is so friendly. Also, great food in the pub, which is why we go to pub sites, very quick friendly service.
Also excellent entertainment. We were there on a Thursday and had a wonderful evening listening to an 'acoustic jamming session.' Lots of other entertainment advertised. We were made really welcome.
Very peaceful site, no main roads nearby, views over farmland, (I saw a heron)
Downsides. Needed signs to water, waste disposal.
We didn't look at surrounding area, so I can't review these, (the pub provided everything we wanted, even sugar as I had run out!)
