We have stayed at many campsites throughout England and in Scotland including the Western Isles and this one is up there with the best.

It is a lovely quiet site and we stayed there for five nights and were met and welcomed by the owner John a very friendly man immediately on our arrival.

The toilets, showers, washrooms and free washing machine are kept spotlessly clean by Hussain a lovely guy who lives on site and who is approachable at any time for any help and assistance you may need, nothing is too much trouble for him.

The value for money is better than I have seen anywhere. Fish and chip shop, garage and Spa shop and local pub serving both sit down and take away meals are literally five minutes walk away and for fishermen there is a lake opposite the site.

Another reviewer called this a ‘little gem’ and I would totally agree, and unlike some other sites there are no hidden extras.

I would 100% recommend this site to anybody wanting a nice peaceful holiday.

Loved this site. Electric. Lovely clean showers. Washing machine if needed. Nice owner called John and a man called Hussain. Greeted us. Nothing to much trouble.

Small but lovely place to come for a relax and we were close to Bus service. We used a taxi to go to cromer.

Found a nice circular walk to Felbrigg Hall. A nice short walk through children's park near chip shop to the church. Had a meal in local pub The New Inn which was walking distance.

Fishing on opposite side of road called Chapel lake. My husband caught 15 lb carp. Easy to book. Number near gate.

Yes would come back. Thankyou

Wonderful little privately run campsite. Very tranquil, 15 mins from Cromer centre.

Extremely clean and friendly site with lovely hot showers, washing facilities, stocked & cleaned regularly.

We had such a relaxing stay &really good value for money.

John the owner was very helpful and made our stay completely hassle free

A very good low key site. Not for those who want all the facilities but for us with minimum needs it was a very pleasant stay.

The washrooms are adequate. The owner is helpful but unobtrusive At £20 it is good value.

The bus service was very good and we ate at the pub in the village which we considered to be good value.

The road to it is unlit. You will need a good torch at night.

Stayed at Southerley in our Motorhome over the new year, together with my brother in their campervan.

Top class site. Showers were excellent and so well sanitised during COVID times. Plus they were so warm it was a pleasure to go in.

John is a lovely chap and so friendly. He came to say goodbye.

If you are looking for a little site with everything…. Try this little gem.

Nice welcome sign on the way in directing you to your pitch.

Nice quiet site, within reach of the village, but just far enough out

Site manager couldn't do enough, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Extremely clean site, excellent facilities,

Would recommend

Toilet and shower block were spotless. Cleaner gentleman took real pride in his job.

Good price and central location close to Cromer.

Small site with plenty of room between pitches.

Note adults only so no noisy screaming kids!

Nearby Fellbrigg well worth visit lovely walk through woodland and lakeside and outside cafe.

This is a small adults only site.

The facilities are kept exceptionally cleaned by Hussain who is very friendly.

A short drive to Cromer & Sheringham.

We enjoyed our stay & will book again if in the area.
