We bought this tent at the beginning of the year just as it had been discontinued.
It has bags of space and is easy to put up/down after you are familiar with the poles etc.
We survived 45 mph winds and gusts in this tent and the kids slept through it. We could hear others out every half hour through the night hammering the tent pegs back in! We didn't have to do this with our Nebraska XL, the weight of the tent poles meant we were secure and could stand these gusts with ease!
It's such a shame it's discontinued as it's a great tent.

We just love this tent! Huge amount of space, plenty of storage pockets, pitches in around 30-40mins with 2 adults, quite easy to fit back into its bag with practice! The bedrooms are very versatile too. The porch is ideal to use for your kitchen area. All in all a great tent, dont know why they discontinued it.

We bought the Nebraska XL in 2008 and have had many weeks of happy camping without any problems whatsoever.
The tent stood up to horrendous weather in Cornwall when others about where falling down. No problems with leaks or tears as earlier models seemed prone to. We have been so impressed, we've just bought another smaller Outwell for weekend use.

Love this tent. Managed to put up in half an hour. Lots of space. Children enjoyed unzipping partition and sharing a big room, Plenty of pockets for torches etc. 1 downside - it does let in some rain but felt very safe in force 7-8 gales in scotland in August. Best feature the porch, love sitting in there at 5.30 am with a steaming mug of coffee watching the sun rise! Everything rolled back in the back perfectly this year, must have perfected it. Although poles too heavy for 1 person to lift.

Unbelievable that outwell have discontinued this gem of a tent - can't think what we'll have to compromise when ours has given up on us. Huge living space, great headroom. Perfect for us (& occasional friends). Easy enough to pitch with 2 people - although not tried it on very windy day. Packing back into bag is an art form, but achievable at first attempt with one rolling & the other squashing air out!

This is a fantastic tent. It is huge and it is flexible. There are four double bedrooms, all of which are optional so if you want more living space you take some down.
It takes about 30 minutes for two people to erect and once it's up it stays up. It is very sturdy and even when the weather is terrible you feel very secure. We had some days of torrential rain and strong winds yet had no leaks or draughts - Fantastic! I cannot think of a single negative point for this tent. I love it.

We love our Nebraska!
It has a good amount of space in the middle and in the 'porch' for all our stuff and we love having the pods on the opposite sides of the tent so that we can settle the kids. I'm tall as well so being able to stand up inside is great.
I have pitched and struck the tent on my own but our family is getting quite good at the team work now and it is fairly easy for us to get it up in about 30 mins and down in about 20.
Only difficulty is the weight of the poles. Too much for my wife and children to move; but you know your tent won't blow away!

We seem to have gone about things in reverse, Static Caravan, Touring Caravan, and now, a Tent.
Last year we spent a long time looking for the tent we considered right for us, and after considering many, we decided on the Nebraska XL, and what a right decision it was!
We managed to get away last August to South Devon, and our first time of erecting the tent was on our arrival. Once we had placed the footprint, me and my wife were surprised how easily we got the tent pitched, although, I imagine single handed would be a struggle.
Once all the guy's were set, the tent looked like it could withstand anything. There is an amazing amount of room in this tent,4 double bedrooms, a large living area, and a decent sized porch. The tent's design allows for plenty of light, and the skylights in the living area are superb. The tent has a fully sewn in groundsheet, with a 'bathtub' ground sheet in the porch.
For the two of us, this tent is fabulous, as I am sure it would be for a family!

All tent capacities are to be taken with a pinch of salt, and the Nebraska is no exception. This '8-berth' tent might well sleep eight supermodels, stacked like cordwood. It's comfortable for a family of four.
We got a great end-of-season bargain and got the extended porch free, plus we bought the carpet and footprint. Cosy, warm, dry, big, stable. What more can you ask?

Absolute brilliant tent. Loads of space for me the other half and molly(our black lab). Very pleased with most aspects, only downer is the entrance as the door leans back and if it rains you have to keep the door closed. Poles are quite heavy too. But nevertheless a good sturdy and dry tent.
