Excellent addition to the Monty 6, pitched in minutes, adds a very useful shelter to the front of the tent and ideal for cooking under on wet days. Packs away easily, bag supplied is more than big enough for the job.

A limited number of these front extensions for the Outwell Montana 6 became available in 2007 , and we were ( thanks to ukcampsite.Co.Uk ) lucky enough to locate and buy one at the start of the 2007 season , so have camped with it for one season already . They are now in 2008 , readily available for most of the Outwell range of tents .
Pitched in just minutes , it adds a very useful sheltered area to the front of the tent where the big door is .
Excellent when it rains , which it seemed to do a lot of , last season ,as you can still sit out or shed waterproof clothing /walking boots etc, before entering the tent , and as the sides come down to the floor , it keeps the breeze off too .
As they were quite rare last season , every time we camped with it , we had Outwell owners come across and ask about it ,it seemed to cause quite a stir .
We wouldn't camp without it now , and are that impressed with it , we have now bought one for our other smaller tent ( Minnesota 4 )
