4 Reviews of the Flash Mach II

Great to put up and sleep in - not so easy to get back in the bag - instructions confusing. Someone eventually folded it for me - there seems to be a trick! I will have to practise. Very easy for carrying while walking and using public transport once you get it folded right and in the bag. Excellent for 1 person, 2 if you're neat or don't have to keep stuff in the tent with you.

I bought one for my daughters when we were travelling through Norway and Sweden, and I used in myself this weekend camping with my 7 yr old son. It is light, quick to erect and peg out, and plenty roomy enough for sleeping 2. I wouldn't want to be in it during really foul weather.I think the HH rating is 2000. They are cheap though, and a useful 2nd tent, quick put me up.

Quick and easy to fold, once you have learned the procedure.

I already have a large family tent but bought this for my daughter to use at festivals etc and for my own use for short weekends. Quick and easy to put up and weatherproof - infact a perfect no hassle festival tent

Very Quick to erect and collapse(with a little practice). Ideal as 2nd tent. We use ours for late arrival and for the last night at end of holiday to get away quickly in morning, and overnight for an early escape to the fells. Snug warm and dry even in frosty weather, but definitely for sleeping only, there is no room to cook. Grandchildren also use it as a play tent because its so easy and quick to get out and put away on sunny days

Manufacturer's Description

The clever design of this two person tent means you don't have to struggle to erect it: as you remove it from its rucksack-style carry bag it pops up into shape straight away. It has a fire retardant, double polyester skin with fully taped seams, polyester groundsheet and breathable inner, with No-see-um mesh and fibreglass poles. An ideal tent for festivals and weekends away in spring and summer.
