1 Reviews of the Spindrift 300

By: GLEN ETIVE  Reason: I own(ed) one  Made in: 2008   Rating:

Outstanding piece of equipment!

The force ten range is back with a bang!

The Spindrift is a 3 man geodesic tent, exellent in high wind conditions, personally tested in 60 mph winds with gusts higher, bent on occasion but back to shape following gust.

High grade aluminimum coulor coded poles with tri-support system for extreme conditions.

Quick and easy to put up in any conditions,be it

Dark, rain snow or wind. Quick clips for fly sheet

And pole clips good with cold hand or gloved.

Doors to front and rear with porch offering excellent storage space for 3 man set up.

Excellent ventilation ,with little condensation even with 3 persons.

All materials would appear to be high quality ,even the tent pegs.

Snow shields all around.

Vango would appear to have thought of just about everything you need in an expedition tent.

Thought it a bit steep price wise initially but a quality product.

Handled everything the Scottish winter had to offer and will be back for more.
