We needed a new tent. Our old tent had served us well but was showing its age.We decided on this tent mainly because of its HH of 5000.The deal we got from Winfields also had something to do with our decision too.Tent, porch and carpet for under £400!.Used it this weekend for the first time.It took 30 mins to put up tent and porch.Admittedly there were 4 of us,2 adults and a 13 and 11 year old.But it was raining and windy. What a great tent.It stood up to all the wind and rain.We used the porch as a kitchen which frees up the space in the tent, which is comfortable for 4.I think it would be tight for 6 to squeeze in .Overall I would recommend this tent for its ease to put up and its durability in bad weather.

Just returned from our first trip with our Beyond Meridian 6 and what a great tent and glad the hours of trawling reviews and the internet proved worth it!
Very straight forward to pitch and took us around 45 minutes as it was the first time we have used it
The tent is huge and is perfect for a family with its huge living area which is easily big enough to have a table in and sit around for diner if the weather dictates
It was very stable even though we had a fairly stormy night and we didnt use all the guy ropes
The inner tents were very easy to attach and very roomy and easily big enough for 3 in each an I liked the little storage pockets the inner tent rolled back into to save tying back, also lots of storage pockets in the living area and inner tents
We bought the carpet-great buy and makes a nice change in the mornings to put your feet on something warm,we also bought the awning which is great if the weather is a bit dodgy but also great to keep wet clothes and boots etc as well as bikes etc
Overall a great large family tent and cant wait to use it again
