We're on our second awning and annexe; both have been faulty, same problems with both. Faulty stitching coming undone, retaining tabs coming out, bungee attachment to motorhome came undone etc etc. We went for this one as sales pitch suggested a superior product of good quality but has not proved so for us. Outdoor Revolution Customer Service helpful so far; they did replace first one but am now asking for refund. They have offered to restitch the second awning, but frankly I can't see how this won't happen again. Seams have been trimmed too close and of course will open out when under tension. Idea is good, reasonably easy to erect, is waterproof but not worth the money if after very little use it comes apart.
