1 Reviews of the 2 Second Cabin

By: Hippycamper  Reason: I own(ed) one  Made in: 2012   Rating:

I was given a Quechua 2 secs cabin for Christmas. It was intended as a toilet tent, which is not listed as one of its uses. This is probably because the tent has no roof. The top is completely open to the elements. I was quite surprised to discover this but it was easily solved by attaching a piece from the top of one of my old tents.

If you don't mind having to make adaptations or getting rained on, go for it. Otherwise you may want to splash out that little bit extra for a roof.

Having said that, other than this minor issue, everything else about the cabin is great. It packs away much smaller than my old toilet tent and is much roomier to use.

I can't comment on how long before it falls apart as I haven't used it much yet.

Overall, very good. Just be aware of the hole in the top!
