7 Reviews of the Lofoten 6

We love this tent.Easy to erect (and take down), colour coded poles, ring and pin. It has a nice living space, (table and 5 chairs),choice of how many bedroom pods to put up (or not). Each bedroom pod will take a double air mattress but not much else!

It is a bit drafty not having a SIG but I prefer not to have one anyway. Has withstood some heavy wind and rain storms and only started to leak after 36 hours of continuous rain!

It's 15 foot in diameter and only weighs about 18kgs so is ideal for weekends.

This is a great tent, very easy to erect with colour coded poles. Three bedrooms are removable which gives you additional living space if required. In my opinion is probably more suitable for the 'warmer' and 'dryer' summer months as whilst the bedrooms have sewn in groundsheets, the living area does not. However do not let this deter, we had 3/4 fabulous outings in ours and only got rid of to upgrade to bigger tent.

Positives: Easy to put up. Cheap. Camped in a storm in Derbyshire, tent survived well. Looks great. Doubles as a gazebo on a summer lawn. With 2 adults and 2 kids we only use 2 bedrooms, leaves loads of living space. Negatives: Pale colour means light early in morning and late at night. No sewn in groundsheet; remove a bedroom, and you have to buy a groundsheet to cover it.

We have used this tent 5 time's now and it has never let us down, the 1st we went to use our tent we found it easy to put up, as this was our 1st time camping at that time
It is very roomy and very spacious tent, all the 3 pods are double man size, the colour coded poles are a brilliant idea and makes it very easy to put up.
This tent has 2 entrances to it which I think this is another good idea in case anything was to happen.

A big tent, however we have 3 kids and with the tree bedrooms in it not much space to 'live'. Really should have bought a tent with sewn in groundsheet. But not bad for our first attempt at camping!

I bought it from Tentastic off of ebay. What an awful experience. The tent broke on it's first outing and Tentastic have told me they will not repair it and that they can't even supply spare parts as it is no longer made. I wonder why!

Easy to erect. Loads of room with even more living area if you choose not to erect the full quota of bedrooms. Bedrooms are toggled in independently so you can do without if you want. Colour coded poles so that you can't go wrong. Back bedroom also has a doorway so you can have a through entrance if required.
