We have just been out for our first outing with our Royal Vancouver, and we were very pleased with it. There was enough space for myself, my husband and our teenage daughter, although I think that four adults would have to be VERY good friends to enjoy a weekend in it. The living area was sufficient to set up a table and chairs, and cook breakfast on a couple of soggy mornings, and the front and back doors were useful, as my husband and I are both six feet tall, the fact that we can stand up in the living area is a particular bonus, and the bedrooms, while not exactly vast, are big enough.
As 'rookie' campers, we did a couple of trial runs in the garden before going public, and we were glad that we did, as the instructions were decidedly minimal. However, by the time we did our first pitch at a real campsite, we had it down to about fifty minutes. It is also fairly easy to dismantle, and packs to a manageable size.
Since we bought it, the tent has been subjected to some fairly strong winds, and some heavy rain, but has withstood everything that the elements have thrown at it. I would definitely recommend it for a smaller family tent.

Great tent all the poles are colour coded from pulling up at the site to being up and everything sorted camp kitchen put together we do it in 45minutes . We usually store all our bags in one compartment and sleep in the other compartment. There is room in living area to put table and chairs and have put camp kitchen in there when it was falling down with rain. You can stand up in the living area and with front and back doors access is no problem .
The only problem we have had is we left the ventilation window open one night and at 3am the heavens opened and my wife got a cold shower. We now pull the storm flaps on the vent down at night and not left rolled up.

Great weekend tent. This tent stood up to August bank holiday gales in Scotland , hardly moved , while nearly every other tent blew down. Easy to pitch , and large living area , double skinned. Only reason I've given 8/10 is because bedrooms could be slightly bigger . Other than that would recommend.
