Manufacturer's Description
Tipi-like dwellings have been built and inhabited by many peoples for centuries. The unusual room height impresses every visitor who enters the tent for the first time. In true aboriginal style, the tent consists of a large open space in which people sleep, eat and "live".
Up to 6 people can spread out their sleeping bags and sleep comfortably in the Skandika Tipii. The overall diameter of 365 cm and the special height of 250 cm make the tent appear spacious and airy even with so many people.
The tipi also shows its best side when glamping, the luxurious way to camp. It doesn't always have to be 6 people. For camping for two, the tipi offers plenty of space for a real sofa and plants and decorations of all kinds. And equipped with lamps and fairy lights, the tipi lights up at night like a beautifully large lantern. The Tipii is a truly versatile tent!
Mesh windows provide plenty of fresh air, but can also be covered from the outside in bad weather. Additional plastic windows also let in daylight and can be darkened from the inside for more privacy if required. The opening in the tip of the roof is protected by mosquito netting and an external cover and provides the ventilation concept that has proved so popular with tipis.
The two opposing entrances provide easy access to the inside of the tent and are fitted with mosquito netting. Together with the firmly sewn-in groundsheet, they provide effective protection against draughts, midges and creepy-crawlies. A weather-protected cable opening allows power to be supplied inside the tent even when the doors are closed.
With just one central pole, the Tipii is quick and easy to pitch and can even withstand strong winds. The 3,000 mm water column and carefully welded seams make the tent completely waterproof.
All necessary guy ropes and pegs, a carrying bag, assembly instructions and a repair kit are included.
