Bought one of these in 1992 for Glastonbury. Squeezed 3 of us into it which was uncomfortable and rather smelly on one of the hottest summers the festival had. Went hiking with it, spent 6 weeks camping round Greece in it. I was thoroughly sick of tents I couldn't even sit up in after that!
Great tent. Dead easy to put up, tension properly etc. Needed the little black plastic caps over the poles though to keep it waterproof. Still have it somewhere

A 2 berth ridge tent, though it'd be a squeeze with 2 people in it. Perfect for one with space for belongings though. Mine has only had light use in the 20 years I've had it (I'm a fair weather camper!), but it's never let me down and is still going strong. I've got a smaller 1-person tent if I'm backpacking, but if I'm arriving in a car and staying somewhere for 2 nights or more, I still use the Lichfield.

I used one on expedition years ago a very light weight traditional tent. Did the job but very light? Slept two of us with our equipment ok. A low tent but that's why there light as there compact. Was quick to put up, put it up twice in the rain in Pembrokeshire on the coastal path? The tent was made in the 90's. I just remember it being very light
