This is not too heavy, and easy for one not-very-fit person to put up; nice and roomy for one, comfy for two, but crowded for three I suspect, though I haven't tried that! I'm 5'2' and can stand upright in living area, and almost in bedroom too. I don't know how it would stand up to very rough weather, I haven't had to experience that yet, but I'm very pleased with it in general. The front door, when up on the poles as an awning, flaps a bit, but gives handy shade. Footprint essential, I think, and bedroom carpet helps to make it cosier. Can't remember year of manufacture - senior moment - possibly 2012/13?

I brought this tent 2nd hand off a well known auction site. It was unused by the previous owner.
Used it for a week so far with just my son and myself, sleeping on roll mats. Plenty of room for two, but a bit cramped for three adults.
Easy to assemble by one person.Took me about 15mins to erect.
Room inside for two chairs, and a good height to stand in, I'm 6'2' and didn't have to crouch down much.
The tent build quality doesn't seem bad, poles are shock corded, tent pegs aren't good, worth while investing in some rock pegs.
The ground sheet is sown in, though it seemed a bit uneven at the front making one side raise up a bit, once pegged down.
The sleeping compartment base is clipped to four places in the tent, though these did come undone at a couple of points, but just needed reclipping.
Can't say about the waterproof qualities, as we seem to have used it in the only dry week this summer.
Overall for the price I paid it has so far been a good buy, light to carry and goes back into the bag it came in , which I have had trouble with on other tents.
I also purchased a footprint groundsheet for this tent, which I would strongly advise to give it a bit for strength underneath.
