1 Reviews of the Fjallraven Akka Endurance 2 By: Windyhillpat Reason: I own(ed) one Made in: 2012 Rating: I love this tent! It does exactly what it says on the fly sheet. Spent 10 days in Scotland in July in sun (not a lot), rain (rather more) and gales (ferocious winds and torrential rain) and the tent shook it all off and we stayed bone dry and secure. It has a HUGE porch area which is comfortable to sit in (on the ground), cook in and store all the baggage. The inner tent has plenty of storage and a clothes line (everyone runs out of clean underwear sometimes). The 2 person tent was comfortable for 2 women but if you are a big bloke you might want a bit more shoulder room so I would recommend the Endurance 3 - also a bit more head room and almost wide enough for me to sleep sideways (I am only 5'2'. I got a 20% discount from LD Mountain (look on line)so £400 - expensive but definitely worth it. The only (very minor) niggle is that the door zips have a curved right angle and this sticks a bit so you need 2 hands to open.
