We went camping in East Sussex last weekend and used our Vango green bean for the first time. Weather was pretty windy and showery but we were kept dry and warm inside the tent.
We were worried about the weather and sleeping at 4 degrees but with plenty of warm clothing and bedding we slept really well.
Reason I didnt give it 10/10 is that there are no pictures with the instructions and pitching the tent for the first time proved little hard. Also it was handy to use extra pegs from our old tent as the weather was so windy and the Vango didnt look 100% stable. Once we had the tent up with extra pegs we werent disappointed with it structure.
The porch area was great for storing chairs, boots etc and for our large dog to sleep in. The main tent has a bath tub groundsheet but the porch has a normal groundsheet so we used extra tarps to keep the rain out.
All in all a good buy for about 70 pounds from ebay.

Got a Green Bean last week for a trip to Bala this weekend. I usually use a Vango tempest{10/10} but needed something a bit bigger as there were 2 people going. The weather was quite bad the first night, thunder storms and very windy, the tent stood up to it all and kept us dry. There is plenty of room in the bedroom, and the living area has a built in ground sheet. All in all for the price {and its made from recyclable materials} 8/10

For a non canvas tent the fabric feels really good, very expensive and gives a good feeling of insulation compared to other vinyl tents I have seen. We bought this for quick weekends , for two of us and a small dog, using the small car. We have two single air beds long ways with the dog in the middle , and we very comfortable, no climbing over the other person in the middle of the night! I am 5'6 and can kneel ok in the bedroom, hubbys 5'10 and found the bedroom long enough for him.
I can just about stoop walk in and out of the main entrance without getting a wet back, unlike all the other small tents we tried, I don't like crawling inside on my hands and knees
We use low camp chairs without arms in the living room , normals chairs would be too high inside. We didnt need a table because we were close to the ground anyway, so the food box or a tray on the floor was perfect.
The colour is lovely green, not too crazy, but cheerful and fresh.
My only disappointment was that it didnt have a built in ground sheet in the living area, and there was a gap between the sides and the ground. So it was pretty drafty around the ankles in the evening . Over all it was easy to put up, pack and store, good value, and ok if you don't mind being on your knees a bit . For a summer sunny weekend its great. We have our beloved Outwell nevada M for longer trips which is much bigger.

This versatile tunnel design features a huge porch area with double entrance, which can be used for gear storage, bikes and provisions. The higher central pole makes the porch area spacious enough to be also used as living space if the weather dictates that being inside is better than out.
