Hi

Its our first trip away and we are going to Skegness as it is not too far away. The kids are nearly as excited as mum and dad!

We're off to here : Wild Rose on Thursday. Looking forward to it. We had absolutely no problem getting booked up. Starting to worry me now!

Loopie, we used to go there a few years ago, facilities weren't brilliant then, but more than made up for by the entertainment etc. Let us know how it went, as it's nice and handy for us for a quick few days away!

Richard.

Hi Everyone

Now its over

Weather was not too bad a bit cold Sun & Mon up in Kendal but not enough to keep us in plenty of walking.

Its strange but a lot of sites we have been to we don't see many folding campers but this weekend to our suprise

there where 3  Pennine Sterlings (inc ours) more or less all in a row and all 2003 or 2004 models so were the same colour.

Hope everyone who went away had a great time with many more to come

best wishes

Steve

We too are home.

Bah Humbug!

Had a great time, the weather was so much better than we expected.  The traffic both going and returning was better than might have been expected for a Bank Holiday Weekend.

Stroll on Whitsuntide if not before.... and 3 plus weeks in France for the summer.  Wish we were retired or have an independent income.

I must have gone to the wrong part of the country for easter.!!!!

We went to Wooler in Northumberland and it rained for 3 days solid.  My neighbour came with his tent and was flooded out and packed up and went home after one night.

But on the bright side no leaks . and if you dont have one wet trip then you don't appriciate the good weather when you get it.

There is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing
