Just watched The Great North Run
A lovely occasion ,with lots of support
And a great turnout
Listened to all the personnel story's of the Runners
Who where very brave and tried their best to achieve their goal to enjoy complete
And raise money for various Charity's .
Also Sir Brendan Foster
attending .
Who encouraged us all
also nice to see Paula Radcliffe .
