Are there any campsites that offer electric hook-up for tents during October/November? The two sites we have used in the past have stopped this facility. Thank you

I think most campsites that are open all year round offer EHU otherwise they wouldn't get many customers. If the ones you usually go to have stopped doing that I suggest you look a little further afield.
More likely, is that many (not all) sites start to think about closing their tent fields/grass pitches any time soon, but will still allow you to pitch on a hardstanding pitch.
I'm assuming you'd prefer (or insist on) grass?
Every site is different, with their own rules and provisions, but if grass pitch and EHU is your requirement, then yes, plenty of sites should be in a position to accommodate you, during the stated months.
No list, but just a couple of examples here... and very nice it is too!
...And Here... although whilst this one is arguably even nicer, it is limited as to the number of grass tent pitches it has, and is only open until very late October.
Of course, both being in Shropshire, they may be miles away from you, so a hint of your desired destination may help others recommend somewhere.
I suspect they get a lot of campers overload them with too many electric heaters ending up tripping the supply to themselves and adjacent units or site electrics. Perhaps they just don't want the agro anymore.

Thank you for the suggestions and reassuring me that there are plenty of sites that have EHU. The reason we were given was, indeed, the tripping of the supply. We shall look at different sites or brave the elements of Wales without a heater.
