Hi,has anyone been to East Feet recently, we stayed many years ago and it was nice, just wondering if it's changed at all, also is it expensive for a taxi into Weymouth, I can't remember there being a bus service nearby..Any advice or recommendations welcome. Thanks.

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
We've been there but it was a good few years ago now. We liked it but I remember it as being very windy and it put us off air-awnings for life as we had to get up at some unearthly time in the morning to take ours down as it was constantly slamming into the side of the caravan and keeping us awake. We have never used it since. Chesil beach is lovely and so is the surrounding area. Never used any taxis there so I've no idea what they would cost.
------------- Best Regards,
Colin

Thank you,we've Googled taxi prices and they're not too bad really, we probably would only use taxis one day/night to go into centre for drinks, the rest of the time we'll be out in the car. Booked a fully serviced pitch but it must be about 15 years since we were there so it will probably be a lot different, looking forward to it.
We went last year during term time and loved it. The site is reasonably priced and the on-site shop was amazing, sold everything from obscure camping equipment to fresh baked bread
Didn't go into Weymouth from the site but there are some lovely coastal walks. We were lucky enough to have great weather so enjoyed chilling on site for a couple of nights.

If you walk to the end of the road leading into the site, there is a bus service. Across the road is an ALDI.

I sometimes cross-check UKCS reviews with those on Google Maps, especially if UKCS doesn’t have many reviews or no recent ones. But the main reason I check Google Maps is because people post photos, and these can be very useful for getting an idea about the site before you arrive.
And the site you’re interested in looks to be fine!
