Use the 'Camp Site Search' button at head of page and use the 'Waterside Pitches' filter for the area of interest.
It's a bit broad and will include 'water' other than streams, but it's narrowing down the sites from those no where near water, and you can just read the descriptions to find the ones with streams.
Pillaton Hall Farm in Penkridge is amazing!
They have a stream where little uns can pan for gold, a huge bouncing pillow, fishing, watersports and a bar for the grown ups. The most amazing toilet and shower facilities. Still very small feeling site though - we often go as a big group and love it.
Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best we go to.

Another nice thing about Small Batch is that you approach it through a shallow ford - more paddling potential! there's a pub with a garden a short walk away, too.
