The only site that I know of near Ingliston is Mortonhall, just off the city bypass.  I have not camped there personally, it's too near home, but I have heard favourable reports about it.

Drum Mohr is a lovely site.

Mosshall Farm CP is just off Junc 4 of the M8 and only 13 miles from Ingilston.

We stayed there last week for the first time but it certainly will not be the last.

We have stayed at Linwater, more time than I care to count and am going back at the end of next week. It is only about 4-5 miles from Ingliston.  You will go a long way to find a friendlier welcome or a cleaner toilet block.
