I want to go to Wales, Looking for somewhere with great walks.

And will want somewhere with toilets and a shop, I would prefer somewhere nice and relaxed. Can anyone recommend any sites.

Bala C & CC site is nice, although the shop only does the basics, its about 5 Miles to Bala, there is a pub about 3 miles walk away. Its really really tranquil, beautifully kept little site and immaculate toilets. We visited snowdon while we were there, took about an hour to get to Llanberis.

Hope this helps

Betwys y Coed is a great walking centre. There is a great site at Llanwrst (4 miles away) called Bodnant Caravan Park. No shop but Llanwrst centre is a short walk away. There is a railway station handy, on the Llandudno- Blaenau Ffestiniog line trhrough the Conwy valley, plus regular buses, great for linear walks.Enjoy your trip to North Wales.
