Hi - have never camped in Wales before. I'm looking for a campsite adjoining a beach, ideally with playground, pub/restaurant & indoor pool (not asking for much!) to pitch a large family tent (Aspen 700) with EHU. We've got 2 little kids aged 1 & 4 and want them to enjoy their experience as much as poss. Any recommendations would be great. Thank you.

Can be a bit windy but has most of what you are looking for and there is a Club house on the adjoining Static site which is avaliable to use. (It's worth reading the reviews)
we'e been to hendre mynach when our eldest were 4 and 1 and it really isn't a big railway line I don't know if they still have it but when we were there they had a baby bathroom available as well

Hope Hendre Mynach has changed since we were there the trains shook us out of bed at 7.30 every morning, the staff were pig ignorant, the toilets were terrible and the motor home empty point near the toilets smelled awfull.
The pub was run down and the staff had no idea what they were doing. There were people hanging out of the windows of the house shouting on the estate at the bottom end of the site and the camping field was on quite a steep slope.
The cafe only opened when they felt like it.
As you can guess its not one our favourite sites and would not return and told the management.
If you travel up the coast acouple of miles theres a nice pub for families on the right hand side.
Another vote for Dyffryn here. We spent a long weekend on site and the facilities are ok but the access to the beach is very easy and the beach is superb.

Thanks to everyone for the info.. Sorry haven't posted a reply of thanks sooner - have been busy preparing appeals for my little girl's school allocation - camping went on the back burner for a couple of weeks.
Have looked at all of the above sites and it looks like we've got a choice which is great.
Swaying towards Dyffryn or Penrhyn because of the pools - (unsure about the windy conditions though- may be too much excitement for tots!!)
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
