There are quite a few that would fit the bill. Lowther Park in Penrith is nice fishing, not so much entertainment as such but a small pub on site that does entertainment sometimes and if you look at their website they have theme weekends. We have booked to go on the Easter Egg Hunt in April and Halloween in October.
Stanwix in Silloth is good swimming pool, nightly entertainment but cost is quite high. Not sure about the fishing on that one but there a couple of trout farms nearby.
