I'm looking to be visiting the lake District for a few days, with my wife, who isn't too keen on camping.
I've backpacked with the kids in the lakes, but my wife fancies a little more luxury; by that I mean
Nice clean site
Not too crowded with adequate space between pitches
Not noisy
Good toilet block
Bookable *
* We have to get my father into respite, so don't want to waste a chance of a few days away
Any recommendation for a site such as this in the Lake District area.
I've stayed at the National Trust site in Langdale, but it doesn't really match all the requirements shown.
