Hi, I am planning on taking my boys on our very first camping trip and am trying to find a site but there are too many to choose from. I have been searching for about 3 hours now and just don't know where to go lol.

I am looking for a site that is secluded/sheltered, close to the beach, with minimal facilities - eg shower, wc, shop/bakery, play area, suitable for a tent.

Can anyone recommend a site in Essex / south Suffolk on the beach?

The best site I know that is within striking distance for you, which is informal, but with showers and direct beach access is Azure Seas Lowestoft.
