Hi all, I'm after some advice and recommendations about good campsites in Wales.....

My partner has finally convinced me to give camping a go and we were hoping to get away for a few days around the May bank holiday. We'd really like to go somewhere in nothern/mid Wales, and either by the coast or by a lake/river. My parents are C&CC members so I've been looking at some of their sites, although obviously as we are not members it starts to get expensive, but I want to make sure that we stay somewhere with really good facilities as I like my home comforts!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for that Pippy214 - we are thinking of taking the bikes with us, do you know of any cycle tracks close by?
