we went last summer holidays, nice place, nice views, if you like walking dovedale is a must about 10 minutes drive to the left out of the campsite ... theres stepping stones, stream, hills/mountains, the campsite has a small play area next to the toilet/washing up block, there are no lights around the campsite so good torches are a must for the toilet trips lol, we enjoyed it

This camp site takes camping cheques so would cost you £13.95 a night if you can go out of season.
