We were booked up for Easter weekend but rang the site and they suggest not coming as deep snow on the site. Still want to go somewhere. Does anyone have any ideas of another site in the Midlands or within an hour of brum that is clear of snow or available with a pub and village/town within walking distance please?

We still have snow lying here in Leicester/Warickshire BUT aparently its meant to warm up. Maybe do a site search as there is Bosworth Waterpark always looks good. Nice village up the road from it, and 2 towns if it gets to cold!

Ross on Wye is clear of snow (at the moment). have a look at the sites around. Broadmeadow is just 10 min walk fro the centre of town and opens this weekend. It is very expensive however but facilities are good. 5 minutes walk to Morrisons supermarket as well. Other sites in the area but not as convenient for pubs etc (but a lot cheaper).

Good luck with the search
