West wales no light pollution, fantastic auroras and star gazing allows for the milkyway to be seen very often------------- If you can't beat em, join em, so we did! And then we sold it for a holiday let & Glamping pod instead 😁

Have a look at Balloch O Dee in Dumfries and Galloway. D&G is a designated dark skies area. Balloch O Dee is a beautiful, small basic campsite. Check out the bothy and the roundhouse. Beautiful.
