Hello,  Can anyone suggest any really good campsites for tents.  Tents always seem to be pushed to the bottom of the site and are often on very uneven or hilly surfaces.   The areas I would wish to travel to are Yorkshire/Cumbria.    Many thanks.

flower of may is a good site and browns and cayton bay but dont go crows nest  good luck

Hi Gaynor. We recently booked this site for a weekend in June http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=3206 . It was recommended in a camping magazine. Lovely location and very friendly when we booked.

PS, It is a Tent Only site and they only have 35 pitches, the magazine said they were nicely spaced too!
