Have to second that comment. Was clean and spacious when we last used it a couple of years ago. Staff were friendly with loads for the kids to do...........
Pinewoods at Wells-next-the Sea is a nice site right across the road from the sea. There's even a little train which takes you to the town which is about a mile inland.
