-a guy (serialised on radio 4) did the Uffa's Dyke way with 2 horses, and I remember once a lady relocating west to east, decided to ride her horses cross country???
Quite a few trails in France are set up for horses, including campsites. It seems to be quite popular. The three saints way guide from Winchester to Mont Saint Michel has advice for horse riders.
A woman did the Wicklow way a few years ago on horseback.
This is so much sh*t around in the world now, it really makes me weep. Today, I met 4 ordinary...that's a joke...women/mothers..."everything people" who are about to row the Atlantic for charity having never done anything like this before....speaking to them made me realise how utterly inadequate I am.....and did make me go watery eyed, so inspirational and modest were they. And now this woman...........utterly wonderful.
Why are the people that are....the people running the planet??
Doortje, thank you for bringing me that link.........
