Can you give me more of the address of this firm to lookout for just in case as caravan cover does not say much. whereabouts, phone number, etc even post code could help then I can Google where to look.

Did you deal direct, pay by card as if you did your bank may be able to get moving on that if it is a fraud that has been  done.

But it may also say in very small print give up to 28 days. I do mean very very small print

to find out who they are as there is no address to go to to find them or if they are in fact still in residence or flooded out.
