I know there were a couple of threads on this 10 years ago, was just wondering how many of you actually complete the API and what issues (if any) it has caused if you haven't completed it?
Just for reference we have always completed it prior to departure but it doesn't seem to be very well signposted in my experience, especially if you have booked a ferry through CAMC.

Re the Tunnel, have only ever filled it in once as it knows you after that.

We had an email when we sailed with P&O but since then we have always sailed with Brittany, even when we have booked direct (not via CAMC) I don't remember ever having an email to complete it, even though they have a portal to do so, like I said originally, we have always completed it but I'd imagine there is a majority that probably don't even know of it's existence
