due to renew my 3year old caravan insurance, can any of you guys recomend a good company at a reasonable price.currently with simple insurance but they have increased there prices.
Caravan guard did us right on price but I never claimed. As with all insurance the price is the most important factor when you buy but the quality of cover is the most important factor when you claim.
Been with Shield since we bought van 7 years ago, had 1 claim which was dealt with excellently.Got new quote this year which i questioned and after a few alterations quote was halved, one thing in particular was the fact that we don't intend to take the van aboard therefore saved £10 immediately. It's a bit of a minefield getting a good quote but if you explain what you want a good deal can be done, good luck.

Had our van insured from new with the caravan club first claim was for a broken front center window, the top corner was missing when we got to the site, claim was not paid they said it was a fault on the window.
