Description:
Due to health reasons we are unfortunately having to give up caravanning and are reluctantly selling our 2017 Eldis Avante 574 Single Axle, 4 Berth Caravan With Fixed Twin Single Beds and Full Rear End Bathroom.
Layout consists of a comfortable, spacious lounge which at night will easily convert into either 2 single beds or large double bed.
The lounge area enjoys a large glass sunroof with thermal blinds plus large heki opening sunroof.
Lounge area features a 2 drawer unit with storage cupboard below. The drawer unit has a pullout / fold away top which transforms into a small and handy table. There is also a larger free standing folding table to use when you have extra guests or you want to take it outside to sit at in the nicer weather. This useful table can be conveniently stored neatly away in a dedicated cupboard in the kitchen when not required.
Central kitchen featuring good size gas oven with separate grill, hob with 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring.
Fitted microwave
Next to the oven is a circular sink. The sink has a handy cover that matches the generous size worktop. There is also a foldaway extension on the end of the worktop which is a brilliant feature when extra workspace is required.
Opposite the kitchen area is a good size 3 way dometic fridge with freezer compartment and above the fridge is a decent size wardrobe.
At the rear of the caravan are 2 fixed single beds, fitted with the most comfortable mattresses ever. Both beds enjoy easily accessible and very spacious under bed storage. You can shut the bedroom off for privacy using a pull across concertina blind.
Beyond the bedroom is a spacious full rear end bathroom consisting of cassette toilet, a wash basin with vanity unit and a seperate shower with folding shower door.
All round LED lighting & spotlights.
Heating is via the Truma Blown Air heating system and can run either on gas or electric or in colder weather you can use both gas and electric at the same time if you wish to quickly heat up the caravan or want to give the heating a boost.
There is a multi directional TV aerial on top of the caravan which can be operated from within the wardrobe.
Anti Snaking device fitted
The flooring is laminate with removable loose carpets throughout.
FITTED EXTRAS:
1. Solar Panel fitted to the roof, which is ideal for camping trips or attending events and music festivals etc where there is no electric provided. The solar panel will help to keep your leisure batteries charged meaning you can camp off grid whenever the fancy takes you. This caravan was stored in a secure outdoor storage compound all winter without being hooked up to electric, and the solar panel kept the leisure battery fully charged throughout that time
2. A Pure Sinewave 2KW Inverter has been fitted
3. Motor Mover (operated by a remote control)
4. 2 Extra 240v Mains Sockets fitted in the rear bedroom
5. External mains socket fitted to the exterior
