Stunningly picturesque, rustic, family friendly campsite set just 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Guingamp.
Milin Kerhe lies on the bank of the River Trieux and is completely surrounded by mature oak woodland, the perfect combination for nature lovers.
Small site which offers 60 bare pitches, including 21 with electrics
Our toilet block has everything you might expect ; - hot showers (without tokens) - mens and womens wash areas (with sockets for razors/ hair dryers) - washing up sinks - basins for hand-washing clothes, - a washing machine. We have a handicap toilet/shower which families can also use.
We now have a larger reception, allowing us display lots of useful tourist information flyers and maps etc. We sell an assortment of basic food items, chilled drinks and some lovely ice-creams.
There is a table tennis table, volley-ball ourt and boules pitch, so you may want to bring your own balls etc.
We have done our best to break the mold from typical French campsites with excessive lighting preventing you from seeing the stars, and perfectly trimmed hedges making you feel like you are camping in someones back-garden.
We have a policy of planting only native shrubs and trees between pitches, and our flowers are all wild meadow varieties. To help keep the beauty of the site we do not allow big campervans and caravans, and additionally these are only allowed in an allocated area of the site.
If you would like a fire pit, some pitches have permanent pits, but these are limited in number, so you may want to book early to be sure to get one. Please bring your own wood or collect some in the forest.
For those interested in hiking or mountain-biking, fishing, canoeing and river swimming, Milin Kerhe is excellently located with great trails and access to the river from the campsite.
Various canoes/kayaks are available to use, free of charge for those who wish to explore the Trieux or find that perfect fishing spot.

In july and august we also serve Galettes and crepes on wednesday and thursday and we serve FISH and CHIPS on friday saturday and sunday.

The campsite is idealy located for exploring the inland and coastal towns of Guingamp, Pontrieux, Paimpol, Treguier, and Tregastel as well as beautiful beaches and rocky shores including those of the Pink Granite Coast.
Guingamp, home to the annual 'Festival de la Saint-Loup' (mid-August), and a beautiful mix of architectural styles going back five centuries, is just a few kilometers away, or an hours walk along the riverside path.
Pontrieux, which can be reached by car in 10 minutes, is famous for its 50 washeries along the river, a sign of the towns former prosperity. Its former wealth is clear from the elegant stone and timber-built buildings, which today house a number of superb art galleries and restaurants.
The ports of Paimpol, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Treguier, Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Treburden and Lannion are all easily visited (25-45 min). Also, the 'Pink Granite Coast' (40 min) is definitely worth a day trip, with its massive eroded granite boulders precariously balanced along the shore.
From Roscoff (1 hr) or Saint-Malo (1.5 hr) find the N12 and head in the direction of Guingamp. Once in the centre of Guingamp, follow signs for Pabu (4 km) going straight on at the roundabout (next to Toyota Garage), and continuing straight on (Rue de la Poterie) until the 'Poterie Bar/Resaurant' where our turning is immediately on the left. We are a few hundred meters down that road (Rue du Moulin) on at the valley bottom.
