Description
This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents.
Pitches: 5 vans plus tents
White feather Camping is a small family run campsite situated in rural surroundings just outside the small village off Badby in Northamptonshire
The site borders an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and overlooks Badby Woods which has SSSI designation.
The campsite currently offers drinking water, electric hook up, washing up facilities (cold water), two toilets and a recycling, waste and chemical waste station.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead
The campsite is five minutes walk from Badby village which has a pub/restaurant and is also only a ten minute walk to Badby woods. The nearby village of Newnham has a pub and is just a five minute drive or a twenty minute walk by public footpath.
Thw market town of Daventry is a 5 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants and cafe`s.
Northamptonshire provides excellent walking and cycling.
The Nene and Knightley Ways run close to the site at Badby. There are a number of scenic local walks over rolling countryside: to Fawsley Hall with its lakes; through ancient woodlands at Badby Woods; through sandstone villages like Newnham, Everdon and Catesby. The Oxford and Grand Union canals are just a short drive away.
For children, Daventry has a great Country Park with playground and trails around the lake. Daventry Leisure Centre has a leisure pool with flumes and sport facilities.

Take the A361 towards Banbury, travel three miles from Daventry heading towards Banbury, go past the left turn into Badby village and carry on up the hill on the A361 to some crossroads, turn left into Bunkers Hill, go past the plant nursery on the right to the next double fronted gateway, enter via the gate to the right signposted Tall Trees.
