A little bit about the site - Our site is next door to a working farm 🐑 🐓 🐄

* 7 electric hardstanding pitches ⚡️ 2 grass pitches with electric ⚡️
* Male & female toilets 🚽
* Male & female shower facilities 🚿🧼
* Hot & cold water for washing up 💧& sink / drainer 🫧
* Drinking water 🚰
* Chemical Disposal ☠️
* Rubbish 🗑️ & Recycling ♻️ facility
* Dog friendly 🐶 (must be kept on a lead) * Height barrier (which can be lifted by management) and gate for access.
* Shop within 1 mile

* Public transport within 1 mile

£30⚡️electric pitch / per night / based on 1 or 2 adults.
Payment made at the time of booking and paid via bank transfer.
**If payment isnt made within 24 hours of booking, your pitch will be released**

General Rules & Terms & Conditions
• Strictly No Open Fires.
• No heaters in tents & awnings.
• BBQs must be elevated off the ground.
• Check in between 2pm & 6pm & departure no later than 11am (unless stated otherwise)
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
• Amplified Music is prohibited.
• You must be respectful to other campers, the site, its` staff & the environment at all times.
• You are responsible for keeping your rubbish bagged throughout your stay & you must dispose of it in the refuse bin by the entrance.
• Cigarette ends to be picked up & disposed of.
• Adults Only.
• The minimum age to camp is 21 unless part of a family unit.
• All dogs must be kept on leads and dog foul must be cleared immediately.
• Only grass friendly groundsheets are permitted.
• Do not flush wet wipes, or sanitary items down our drainage system.
• No hard ball games on the site.
• By booking a pitch at Crossing Farm either by telephone, email, or in person you are accepting that you have read and understand the site rules, terms & conditions.
• Crossing Farm reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the site.
• Crossing Farm reserve the right to terminate a campers stay without refund & request that they leave the site if it is felt that they are breaking the rules of the site or acting in an aggressive, disruptive or rude manner.
• It is your responsibility to ensure our camp site is suitable for your needs prior to booking.
• Crossing Farm, its staff & owners accept no liability for loss or damage to persons or property however incurred. You use the campsite at your own risk & in purchasing a pitch you acknowledge & agree to this.
• A strict 10mph speed limit applies on the site at all times.
• NO stag & hen parties.
• NO parties.
• Visitors are welcome but need to understand and agree to our ts & cs.
• NO taking of any illegal substances.
• NO long term stays / 2 weeks maximum stay - unless management have agreed otherwise (must be in writing)
• No refunds.
• 1 change of date to be given and only if we have space available for chosen date.
