Your Holiday at Oakdown Holiday Park starts with a warm welcome from the friendly Oakdown team, whose total aim is to help you enjoy your stay and ensure that your holiday runs smoothly. Great care is taken in allocating pitches to satisfy all needs but please remember to book early if you have any particular requirements. WIFI AVAILABLE.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS Our guests have praised the Park for ease of access and that we do not have any narrow lanes unlike some of our local competitors, one of our guests recently said that its great that we are near to the A3052 making it convenient to pop into town without the hassle of narrow lane traffic!
We welcome guests with Touring Caravans, Motor Caravans, Tents, Trailer Tents and folding campers who have a choice of either a non-serviced pitch, serviced pitch, or a super-serviced pitch. We also have 3 Barrel Pods, 2 Premier Pods (both Pod types are dog friendly) 2 Shepherd Huts and 16 luxury holiday lodges (6 pet friendly).
Pitches are Landscaped into groves, separated with trees and shrubs, Oakdowns pitches are level, closely mown, very generous in size with parking by your unit.
We have 2 play areas at Oakdown, one on the reception side of the Park and the other one is in Beech Grove. We have not forgotten your four legged friends as we have our very own Clean Paws Dog Spa. It is equipped with a dog bath with a hot water shower and a doggie hair dryer - all free to use. Dog shampoo is available to purchase from our onsite shop and cafe.
We have an excellent Shop selling all the bits you may need for your holiday - milk, bread, biscuits, cold meats, and is licensed to sell alcohol - plus various camping essentials.
We also have a cafe which is highly rated on Trip Advisor. They serve a selection of hot and cold freshly cooked foods plus a huge selection of drinks. We also serve Italian Gelato with flavours changing weekly, and for a treat why not try our Pizza`s eat in or takeaway.

Nearby Attractions
Oakdown is the only Park in Sidmouth with its own 9 hole par 3 golf course, and is suitable for all the family. Equipment hire is included in the price of a round of golf.

From M5 junction 30 at Exeter, follow the A3052 eastwards through Newton Poppleford to Sidford. Proceed for another one and a half miles towards Lyme Regis and take the second Weston turning at the Oakdown sign on your right.
